He was born in 1970 in Kanjirapuzha, in the diocese of Palakkad. Completed the school studies at Kanjirapuzha. After SSLC joined in St Mary’s minor seminary Palakkadu. Did his Pre-Degree in Calicut University. After one year orientation course from the minor seminary continued philosophical studies in St Thomas Apostolic Seminary Kottayam and Bachelor in Philosophy (BPh) from Paurasthya Vidyapitham and BA from Gandhi University Kottayam. Just after finishing philosophical Studies started his Theological studies in Paurasthya Vidyapitham Kottayam. On 27th December 1994 he was ordained as priest by the bishop Mar Joseph Irimpan. 1995-1996 assisted in St Raphael’ Cathedral Palakkad and in the next year was appointed as parish priest of Christ King Church Nemmara and Good Shepherd Church Pothundy. He was a regular student in Chittur Govt College to do his Degree . He did his masters degree in Social Communication from Rome in 2000 and Doctorate in Journalism from the same university Santa Croce(Holy Cross) Rome. After his return from Rome served as parish priest in Mount Carmel church Tirupur, in Tamil Nadu for four years (2006-2010). He was appointed as the director of different departments – Mathruvedi, Pithruvedi, Family Apostolate, kudumbakoottaima, AKCC for fourteen years. He was appointed as the General Secretary to conduct first eparchial assembly of the diocese. For one year he was visiting professor at Mary Matha Major seminary, Thrissur (2010-2011). From 2010-2017 he was appointed as parish priest at Good Shepherd Church, Kanjikodu and from 2017-2023 as parish priest of Holy Spirit Forane ChurchMannarkkad. For last few months he was appointed as the pastor of St. Antony’s church, Paruthikad, Govindapuram and St Joseph’s Church Moochenkundu.
